NEW weekly Breathwork sessions Wednesday mornings at Hawarden Masonic Hall.
We’ll gently guide you to use Conscious Connected Breathwork which promotes relaxation, reduces stress and increases mental clarity by enhancing oxygen flow. It fosters self-awareness, emotional healing and a deeper mind-body connection while also improving energy levels, boosting resilience and supporting overall well-being through the power of intentional, rhythmic breathing!
Arrival time-10am until 11:30am. If you have time afterwards you’re welcome join us for a debrief/chat and cuppa from the community tea pot. ☕
